This is a souvenir from Kimamoto prefecture.
It is a kind of steamed bun of cheese.
The inside of steamed bun is made with cheese.
The cheese is made by milk fresh from the cow.
The taste of cheese is so thick.
It is a moist steamed bun.
It is so tasty.
