This is May in Japan.

Today I'd like to introduce the product of desserts.


This is it,the half moon cake of bean-curd refuse and soybean milk.
It is usually sold at supermarkets.


It is the sponge cake containing the fresh cream and custard cream in between.
This sponge cake is made of bean-curd refuse paste and soybean milk.

This sponge cake is soft.
It is delicious !!
