Today I'd like to introduce a unique and new bread.
This is it, Lunch pack : Chikushi-mochi.
This is a product of the local limitation around Kyusyu area.
It is a new product released on January 30, 2018.
Chikushi-mochi is a kind of rice cake made from glutinous rice flour, we eat it with soy flour and dark molasses.
Chikushi-mochi is the famous confection of Fukuoka prefecture.
Lunch pack is a kind of sandwiches which filled with various ingredients.
This is a sandwich filled with Turkish delight and cream of soy flour with dark molasses.
Turkish delight is soft and sticky.
The cream of soy flour is sweet.
It is so good.
