This is May in Japan.
I received a souvenir from my work colleagues.
Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.
This is it, "Hippari mochi."
This is a souvenir from Ishikawa prefecture.
Hippari means to pull.
Mochi means the rice cake.
This is the thin rice cake by pulling.
It is a very soft rice cake, containing azuki beans.
It is sweet and delicious!!
