I received a souvenir.
Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.
This is "Beppu no Tamago".
This is a souvenir from Oita prefecture.
Beppu is the famous place of hot springs, in Oita.
Tamago means Egg.
It is the sweet shaped like a onsen-tamago(egg slow-boiled in a hot spring).
It is a Japanese and Western style sweet bun with bean paste of egg yolk filling wrapped in sponge cake dough.
It is coated with white chocolate.
It is so sweet and tasty !!
