I received a souvenir.
Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.
This is "Kibi dengaku".
This is a souvenir from Okayama prefecture.
Kibi means millet flour.
Dengaku means a Japanese dish which is a skewed and roasted ingredients with sweet miso sauce.
Kibi dengaku means a skewered dumpling of millet.
The character of this package is Momotaro.
Okayama is known as a place associated with the old tales : Momotaro.
The dumpling is soft and sticky.
It is delicious.
