Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.
This is "Satsuma-confectionery Karukan".
This is a souvenir from Kagoshima prefecture.
Karukan is steamed sweet bun made from grated yam and rice flour.
It is a well-known confectionery originating in Kagoshima prefecture.
The texture is soft and sticky.
It is not too sweet and delicious !!
