Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.

This is it, "Tsuru no ko (hyuganatsu)".
This is a souvenir from Fukuoka Prefecture.

Tsuru no ko means a child of crane.
Tsuru no ko is the famous confection of Fukuoka and it is a egg-shaped marshmallow.

It is a egg-shaped marshmallow filling with white bean jam and Hyuganatsu.
Hyuganatsu is the species of citrus.

It has the taste of citrus well.
It has the sweetness of marshmallow and the sourness of citrus.
It is refreshing and tasty !!
