This is a souvenir from Ehime Prefecture.
Poem is the famous confection of Ehime.
Premium Poem is made of materials selected carefully than a normal poem.
The price is slightly high.
It is steamed bun filling with white bean jam.
The white bean jam has the refined sweetness.
It is moist and soft.
It is very delicious !!!
