A souvenir : Cui-daoré Taiko Yaki

Hello.
This is May in Japan.

I received a souvenir.
Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.

This is it, "Cui-daoré Taiko Yaki".
This is a souvenir from Osaka Prefecture.
Cui-daoré was the name of a restaurant in Osaka.
The restaurant closed in 2008.
The restaurant had the advertising mascot, called Cui-daoré Taro.
Cui-daoré Taro is a symbol of Osaka city.

Cui-daoré Taro is playing the taiko drums.
It is the Dorayaki, based on the taiko drums of Cui-daoré Taro.

Dorayaki is one of Japanese confections.
It has two small pancakes with bean jam in between.
It is very small, but it is easy to eat.
It is sweet and good.
