Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.
This is it, "INOCHI : Winter grape".
This is a souvenir from Aomori Prefecture.
This is a steaming cake filling with custard cream and grape jelly.
INOCHI means life in Japanese.
The grape jelly is made of the stewben fruit juice from Aomori.
The sweetness of custard cream matches the sourness of grape jelly.
The steaming cake is soft.
It is so delicious !!
