This is it, INOCHI "Apple".
This is a souvenir from Aomori Prefecture.
This is a steaming cake filling with custard cream and apple sauce.
The apple sauce is containing the flesh of apple.
INOCHI means life in Japanese.
It has the rich flavor of apple.
The steaming cake is soft.
It is sweet and delicious !!
