Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.
This is it, "INOCHI : Chestnut".
This is a souvenir from Aomori Prefecture.
INOCHI means life in Japanese.
This is an autumn-limited product.
This is a steaming cake filling with custard cream and chestnut paste.
The custard cream is containing chopped chestnuts.
It has the good flavor of Japanese chestnut.
The steaming cake is so soft.
It is very delicious !!
