This is it, "Otafuku Senbei".
This is a souvenir from Yamaguchi Prefecture.
Otafuku is the name of the hotel which is famous in Kawatana hot spring.
I think that the souvenir was bought at the hotel.
It is a kind of rice cracker.
It is delicious for simple taste.
