Today I'd like to introduce one of Japanese foods,"Kaisen DON."
This is Kaisen DON.
Kaisen DON is a kind of rice bowl dishes.
"Kaisen" is seafood, "DON" means rice bowl dish.
Kaisen DON is a rice bowl topped with seafood.
It is very luxurious, because we can eat many kinds of seafood.
I love Kaisen DON as same as sushi !!
