This is the parfait using seasonal autumn vegetables and the fruit.
The parfait is made with cream of Italian chestnut, sweet potato cream, pumpkin cheesecake, mousse of chestnut, fresh cream, sponge cake.
The mousse of chestnut is so smooth.
The taste of chestnut is rich.
It is so delicious !!
