A souvenir : Yufuin no Uta

Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.

This is "Yufuin no Uta".
This is a souvenir from Oita prefecture.

It is the rice cake containing the sweet bean paste in between.

It is soft and sticky.
It is sweet and delicious.
