I received a souvenir from my work colleagues.
Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.
This is it, "Izumo-cha senbei".
This is a souvenir from Shimane Prefecture.
Izumo-cha is the sencha from Izumo city of Shimane prefecture.
Sencha is a kind of Japanese green tea, and Japanese people often drink Sencha at home.
It is the small confection comprising two thin waffle-like biscuits with green tea cream between them.
The green tea cream has a good flavor of sencha.
It is not too sweet and delicious.
