A souvenir : Tai meshi senbei

Hello.
This is May in Japan.

I received a souvenir from my work colleagues.
Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.

This is it, "Tai meshi senbei"
This is a souvenir from Ehime prefecture.
Tai Meshi is one of the local dishes of Ehime Prefecture, it is a Japanese dish of rice topped with slices of snapper in soup stock and soy sauce.
Tai means Sea bream, meshi means rice.

It is the rice cracker based on Tai meshi.
It has the flavor of soup stock and soy sauce well.
The rice cracker is chunk.
It is so tasty.
