This is a souvenir from Osaka.
This product is sold in Osaka only.
Ikaten means the tempura of squid.
It is a shrimp cracker containing squid and green perilla.
It has the flavor and the taste of shrimp well.
It tastes of the green perilla and the squid slightly.
The cracker is chunk.
It is delicious !
