I received a souvenir from my work colleagues.
Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.
This is it, "Tako-Patie"
This is a souvenir from Osaka.
Tako means Takoyaki(octopus dumpling).
Patie means a patissier.
It is the sweets of Takoyaki which a patissier devised.
It is a pie containing Takoyaki sauce, green laver, dried bonito, walnut and caramel.
It is very interesting !!
It has the sweet-salty taste of Takoyaki sauce and the sweetness of caramel.
It is nice !!
