Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.
This is "Hakatan-mon".
This is a souvenir from Fukuoka prefecture.
Hakatamon means a person from Hakata.
It is a Edam cheese gallete, containing white chocolate cream and fig.
The texture the fig is good.
It is sweet and delicious !!!
