This is a souvenir from Kanagawa prefecture.
My friend lives in Yokohama city.
Taneya is a high-quality Japanese sweet shop.
Monaka is a wafer cake filled with bean jam.
The bean jam usually has been already wrapped in a wafer cake beforehand, but this Monaka is made by doing it yourself.
The wafer cake is crispy.
The bean jam is sweet and smooth.
It is super delicious !
