This is "Tourou Monaka".
This is a souvenir from Yamaga city, Kumamoto Prefecture.
Tourou means lantern.
Yamaga lantern is the famous traditional crafts.

It is a Yamaga lantern-shaped Monaka filling with bean jam.
Monaka is a wafer cake filled with bean jam.
The wafer cake is so crispy.
The bean jam is not too sweet and delicious.
