I received lots of souvenir from my work colleagues.
Today I'd like to introduce the souvenirs.
This is it, "frais frais momiji fromage".
This is also a souvenir from Hiroshima Prefecture.
This is a kind of Momiji-manju.
Momiji-manju is the baked confectionery with bean paste filling wrapped in sponge cake dough.
Momiji-manju is a well-known confectionery originating in Hiroshima.
The normal momiji-manju is containing bean jam, but this momiji-manju is containing cream cheese.
The sponge cake dough matches cream cheese well.
It is delicious !!
