I received lots of souvenir from my work colleagues.
Today I'd like to introduce the souvenirs.
This is it, "Nama Momiji".
This is also a souvenir from Hiroshima Prefecture.
I introduced Momiji-manju, last time.
Momiji-manju is is a well-known confectionery originating in Hiroshima.
The dough of this momiji manju has the soft texture such as the rice cake.
It seems like raw food.
The dough is very soft and sticky.
The beans jam is refined sweetness.
It is so nice !!
