I received a souvenir from my work colleagues.
Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.
This is it, "Sweet Potato Egg".
This is a souvenir from TOKYO.
The color of egg is light purple.
I think that the color looks like the sweet potato.
If there is the egg of such a color, I feel really fear.
It is a sweet with sweet potato paste filling wrapped in sponge cake dough.
The sweet potato paste is not so sweet, and delicious !!
I think that it resembles "Kamome no Tamago" which I introduced before.
