I received a drink from my work colleagues.
Today I'd like to introduce the drink.
This is the drink, "Bikatsu Amazake".
Amazake is a sweet drink made from fermented rice.
This Amazake is containing the plant lactobacillus and Yuzu juice.
It has the sweet sour taste.
It is refreshing !!
