The mochi of toimo

Hello.
This is May in Japan.

I went to see the wisteria flowers in the end of April.
The Yame Kuroki Ofuji Festival held there.

I purchased the mochi at the festival.

It is the mochi of toimo.
Mochi means rice cake.
Toimo means sweet potato.
I think that "Toimo" is the local dialect of Yame.
I don't usually use the words "Toimo".

The dough of rice cake is made by mugwort.
The mugwort smells good.
The rice cake is sticky. The sweet potato paste is so sweet.

It is sweet and delicious !
