I got the tarts of Qu'il fait bon from my friend as a birthday present.
Today I'd like to introduce the tart.
This is "Tiramisu of green tea".
It is sale from March to May.
It is a tart cake that containing black soybean and mascarpone cream, and topping with green tea cream.
The green tea cream smells good, and the taste of green tea is so thick !!
The black soybean is cooked softly and it is not too sweet.
It is very delicious !!
I'm glad to get a wonderful present.
